Dark Chocolate Dipped Cherries
(Guilt Free & Organic)
Lately dark chocolate dipped cherries have been a hit around here for weddings, gifts and desserts. Imagine…a healthy dessert, giving the kids double antioxidant power from both the real dark chocolate and the cherries.
Ingredients & Instructions:
- Melt ForeverGreen’s organic 24Karat Chocolate Fondue Wafers in a ForeverGreen Fondue Melter.
- Dip fresh cherries into 24K Dark Chocolate and let harden.
Note: You can let them harden on wax paper or directly in those attractive decorative miniature “muffin”. Wax paper will allow you to “peel” all the chocolate off with the cherry vs trying to get them off a place and losing half the chocolate on the bottom of the cherry.
Since the ForeverGreen 24K Chocolate is so pure (free of waxes, lards and other nasty fillers), it has a very low melting point. So be sure the room which they are hardening is cool. Putting them in the fridge can help speed up the process, but if left in there too long will cause “spottiness”. If they spot, they are still absolutely fine (have not gone “bad”) and will still taste great. They just won’t be as pretty.
Healthy Chocolate Popsicles
(Thundersicles-Regular, Mint or Orange)
Another healthy snack for yourself or the kids are Thundercicles. They are bascially healthy fudgsicles loaded with viamtins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, etc. Where Thunder has a low glycemic index, this has made a great treat for many diabetics I know, and sugar sensitive kids.
Ingredients and Instructions:
- Mix ForeverGreen’s Thunder (Chocolate Meal Replacement Drink) with milk or water or both (your preference)
- Freeze in popsicle molds
- For a mint chocolate flavor, add TRUessence Peppermint Essential Oil
- For a orange chocolate flavor, add TRUessence Orange Essential Oil
Note: The more Thunder you use, the more chocolaty flavor. TRUessence Essential Oils very concentrated, pure and have no fillers at all. Thus they are very strong and you will not need many drops.

Lemon Poppy Seed (Chia Seed) Muffins
Ingredients and Directions:
- Namaste Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1/2 C Organic Coconut Oil
- 8 Organic Free Range Eggs
- 3 drops of Lemon TRUessence essential Oil
- 1/4th cup fresh Organic Lemon Juice
- 1 cup of Chia Seeds
“Mix all ingredients until blended. Fill 24 paper muffin cups and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until muffins spring back at touch or toothpick comes out clean from the center of the muffin. the muffins are like sponge cake, very moist and chewy.”

Healthy Chocolate Muffins (Steve’s way)
Ingredients and Directions:
- Namaste Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 1/2 C ForeverGreen Fondue Wafers broken into chocolate chip sized pieces.
- 2/3 C of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- 1 C Organic Coconut
- 1 C Chia Seeds
- 1 C Chopped Organic Pecans
- 1 C Organic Raisins
- 6 Eggs
- 3 TBS Raw Organic Honey
- 1/4th cup fresh Organic Lemon Juice
- 1 cup of Chia Seeds
“Mix all ingredients until blended. Fill 30 paper muffin cups and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until muffins spring back at touch or tooth pick comes out clean.
Top each muffin with 4 ForeverGreen Chocolate Fondue Wafers and spread around tops when heat of muffins melt them.

Steve’s Meal in a Muffin
Ingredients and Directions:
- Namaste Gluten Free All Natural Muffin Mix

- 2/3 C of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil melted
- 6 range free Organic Eggs
- 1/2 C Chia Seeds
- 2 C of finely grated Organic Carrots
- 1 C of finely grated Organic Coconut
- 2 Mashed Organic Bananas
- 1/2 C Organic Apple Sauce
- 1/2 C of finely Crushed Pineapple
- 1 C of Organic Coconut/Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 tsp ForeverGreen White Dragon
- 1/2 tsp ForeverGreen Preventatives Frankincense/Nutemeg Blend
- 1/2 tsp ForeverGreen Preventatives Cinnamon

Marinade for Grilling Veggies, Chicken or Shrimp
Ingredients and Directions:
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar (can substitute fresh lemon, lime or orange juice)
- 1/4 tsp ForeverGreen Garlic Preventatives
- 1/4 tsp ForeverGreen Rosemary Preventatives
- 1 tsp ForeverGreen Yacon
- Season with ForeverGreen SmartSaltz and fresh ground pepper
There can be many variations on the above recipe. For an Oriental flare, substitute rice wine vinegar for the Balsamic. Use Ginger and Lemongrass Preventatives instead of the Rosemary, and add 2 Tbls. Soy Sauce. For an Italian flare,use 1/4 tsp each Basil, Oregano and Thyme Preventatives as well as the Garlic and 3 finely chopped or pureed sun-dried tomatoes.

Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients and Directions:
- Cube 4 organic Red or Yukon Gold potatoes (Do not peel)
- 1/7 cup Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ForeverGreen Rosemary Preventatives
- 1/4 tsp ForeverGreen Garlic Preventatives
Roast on sheet tray at 350 degrees F in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
Variation: Peel and cube 4 organic yams or sweet potatoes. Drizzle 1/4 tsp ForeverGreen Cinnamon Preventatives on potatoes and toss. Place 1/4 cup organic Coconut oil on sheet tray and place in oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. remove tray and carefully toss seasoned potatoes with hot oil. Put back in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Dragon In The Herb Garden
This can be used as a salad dressing or as a veggie dip.
Ingredients and Directions:
- 1/4 cup soaked raw sunflower seeds. (Wash, soak, rinse and strain) OR you can use regular sunflower seeds.
- 5 soaked dates
- 5 Tbls ForeverGreen Yacon
- 1/4 tsp ForeverGreen Garlic Preventatives
- 1/4 tsp ForeverGreen Basil Preventatives
- 1/8 tsp ForeverGreen Oregano Preventatives
- 1/8 tsp ForeverGreen Thyme Preventatives
- 1/8 tsp ForeverGreen Rosemary Preventatives
- 2 Squirts of ForeverGreen Red Dragon
- 1 large Lemon (juiced)
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 tsp ForeverGreen SmartSaltz
Blend until smooth and add 2 tsp Olive Oil & 2 tsp raw tahini sauce.
Blend well.

Bruschetta
This recipe tastes great served with French bread slices.
Ingredients and Directions:
- 1 Fresh chopped tomato (Roma are the best for this)
- 1/8 tsp ForeverGreen Basil Preventatives
- 1/8 tsp ForeverGreen Garlic Preventatives
- 1/8 tsp ForeverGreen Oregano Preventatives
- 1.5 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Season with ForeverGreen SmartSaltz
Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and top with pine nuts if desired.

Healthy Chocolate Fondue Fruit and Pretzel Plate
This one’s an all time favorite for any gatherings. If you’re having a hard time convincing people to come to a party or meeting, this will get them there.
Ingredients:
- Fresh Fruit (Bananas, Strawberries, Pineapple, Apples, Peaches, Kiwi, Melons, etc.)
- Pretzels
- ForeverGreen 24 Karat Fondue Chocolate Wafers
- ForeverGreen Fondue Melting Pot
Directions:
- Warm the ForeverGreen 24 Karat Chocolate fondue wafers in the ForeverGreen Fondue Pot.
- Wash & cut fruit and arrange onto a plate
- Either drizzle the melted chocolate directly onto the plate or dip the fruit directly into the melted dark chocolate.
Optional:
For an added kick, you can add ForeverGreen White Dragon or ForeverGreen Cinnamon Preventatives to the melted fondue chocolate.

Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients:

Salmon

Soy Sauce

Sesame Seeds

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine in a bowl the soy sauce, a few squirts of ForeverGreen Yacon, a couple drops of ForeverGreen Ginger Preventatives and/or ForeverGreen Garlic Preventatives. Stir.
- The amount of each ingredient needed depends on your taste preference. Just make sure there’s enough mixture to cover the salmon. Let marinate for proximately 5 minutes or so.
- Place Salmon in a cooking dish and into the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
- About half way through the cooking time, pour remaining marinate over salmon and sprinkle on the sesame seeds. Put back into over for the last five minutes.
Hint: Lightly coat the cooking dish with olive oil to prevent the salmon from sticking.

White Dragon Apple Cider
This is the healthiest and most delicious Apple Cider I have ever had. It’s made with White Dragon (from ForeverGreen) which contains some of the greatest immune supporting ingredients, such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, etc.
Tastes great hot or cold. Kids love it!
Ingredients:
- Apple Juice (preferably organic)
- White Dragon
- Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
And/or
-
1/16 teaspoon of Ginger Preventative
Directions:
White Dragon is very concentrated so you’ll only want to start with one squirt per 2 cups of apple juice. You can always add more White Dragon if desired.
For warm cider – warm the apple juice first, then add the White Dragon.
For an extra kick, add fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Stir and enjoy.

Ginger Lemon Salmon
Ingredients:
- Salmon (or other fish)
- 1tbs ForeverGreen Ginger Preventatives
- 1tbs Lemon Juice

- Tin Foil
Directions:
- Rinse salmon and lay it on the the tin foil (skin side down).
- Sprinkle pepper and SmartSaltz onto the salmon.

- Wheat Pita or Tortilla

Healthy Hot Chocolate
with ForeverGreen 24K Organic Dark Chocolate
Give the kids healthy hot chocolate loaded with natural ingredients and antioxidants instead of unhealthy sugar loaded hot chocolate you would normally find on the shelves. They’ll never know the difference. 
There are two main methods to make a healthy ForeverGreen hot chocolate.
Method #1:
Using ForeverGreen Thunder gives you a delicious healthy hot chocolate with necessary antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Directions:
First warm the milk or water. Thoroughly stir the Thunder and added optional ingredients in the warmed liquid. Drink and enjoy.
Method #2:

- 8-10 oz of milk or water (tastes best with milk)
Instructions:

- Place vegetables into the bowl and stir so that the marinade gets onto all of the vegetables.
- Put vegetables onto skewers.

ForeverGreen Preventatives Steak
• ½ cup Olive Oil
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 1 tbs ForeverGreen Oregano Preventatives

• Black Pepper
Directions:
• For the marinade, combine ½ cup Oilve Oil, ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ForeverGreen Oregano Preventatives & 1 tablespoon ForeverGreen Garlic Preventatives in a bowl.
• Place steak on a plate, bowl, cutting board, etc.
• Pour marinade onto steak. Rub the marinade into the steak.
• Sprinkle black pepper into the steak (optional).
• Put steak on grill and cook to taste.

Peanut Butter Cups

Who ever thought peanut butter cups could be healthy?! This is another popular healthy holiday treat. People like to give these as gifts or serve at their Christmas parties.
Ingredients & Directions:

Melt ForeverGreen 24K Chocolate Fondue Wafers in ForeverGreen Fondue pot.

Pour just enough melted chocolate into the mold. and let harden.

Pour in organic (non hydrogenated) peanut butter.

Hint: either carefully scoop in the peanut butter with a spoon OR squeeze it through an icing bag. Ziplocks work too. Simply fill the bag with peanut butter, cut a whole in the corner and squeeze the peanut butter through the hole into the mold.

Pour some more melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter and let harden.

Once hardened, simply pop them out of the mold.

Gingerbread Biscotti
ForeverGreen Ingredients:
Additional Ingredients:
Instructions:Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in vanilla and molasses. Fold into the egg mixture. Add up to a tablespoon of water so dough is sticky. Spoon two long strips of dough onto a lined cookie sheet. Spread approx. 12″x3″ with the back of a spoon. Keep loaves about 3 inches apart. Bake 350 F, 176 C until lightly brown (about 20-25 mins). Reduce heat to 325 F, 162 C and remove loaves to wire rack for 10 mins. of cooling. Place loaves on a cutting board and cut diagonal strips about 1 inch wide. Lay slices on a baking sheet again and bake for 20 minutes, turning once during baking time. Cool on wire racks. Melt chocolate and dip one side or one end of the strips. Place strips in freezer for 3 minutes to firm up chocolate. Store in airtight container for up to 4 weeks. Makes 3 dozen servings.

White Dragon Almond Milk
ForeverGreen Ingredients:
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 Liter water
- 1 Teaspoon Non-GMO Lecithin
Directions:
Soak almonds in water for 30 minutes to soften. Pour almonds and water into blender along with Yacon, lecithin, SmartSaltz and Cinnamon Preventative. Blend on high for 60 seconds until rich and creamy. Pour the milk from the blender through a strainer or cheesecloth to eliminate pulp. Pour into glass and squirt White Dragon into each glass.

Turmeric-Curry Bananas

Ingredients:

Bananas

Turmeric Preventative (from ForeverGreen)

Butter

Curry Powder
Directions:
- Slice bananas horizontally so you have many circles. Don’t cut them too thin.
- Put melted butter, curry powder and ForeverGreen Turmeric in a bowl to the side. You’ll need to have enough mixture to moisten and coat all sides of the banana slices after their cooked. There is no specific amount of each ingredient. It really just depends on your taste buds and how many bananas you’ll be using. Take it easy on the curry though.
- Melt just enough butter in a frying pan that the bananas won’t stick.
- Place sliced bananas in frying pan and cook on low or medium heat, just long enough to warm the banana slices. If they cook too long they will be dried out. They should be soft, moist and full of flavor.
- Put cooked bananas in bowl with mixture and carefully turn them in the mixture. If you shake or stir, you’ll make banana mush.
